But in a twist of fate, the forced date change may have turned out to be a blessing in disguise as a big cadre of Thai riders, who wouldn’t have been able to compete on the original October 20-23 dates, gave the race a distinct home flavour. Biking is a good skill to learn. It helps us develop our leg muscles. It is one of the ways to travel long distances. It is a form of exercise so it makes us healthier. It is really beneficial for us to go biking. In my case, I usually bike my way to my work. My work is not that far from my home so I use my bike as my primary way of transportation. It is also my everyday exercise to get fit.
